Do you have a habit of complaining to colleagues?

A little tip: Never tell colleagues that you intend to leave no matter how much you trust them and no matter how much you look forward to it. A very ugly situation has happened recently precisely because of this. Someone had to find out in an ugly way that there were more backstabbers here than ever.

Lots of these workers should be outed. Always bring people down with their complaining and bad attitude. Good to rid the company of these people. That's for sure.

That person sounds pretty d-mb to openly complain and surprised when their complaint becomes public. Open their big mouth and remove all doubt that he is a fool.
