Obviously it is a salary exempt position.
50 hour work week, split days off in our club. The gal who took the job was never told she would work 10 hour days. It takes sometime getting used to working 10 hours a day.
The reason you can't get an answer to the original question is because they will have you whenever and wherever they want. Every club is different and the areas have been saturated for years! Most people already have Sam's or Costco or they simply aren't interested. There are a few that you may find...but definitely not the numbers that Sam's requires of you.
