So everyone in the store is now making 15 except gas and maintenance at my store. Maintenance should of been one of the first with the nasty stuff they have to do. I was fine with waiting in gas other then they should of raised everyone at the same time. But two new hires in gas got 15. One lasted a month before getting fired for points and the other has been there almost two months but been gone more than three weeks of those two months! Neither on them worked at the store more than six months. Me working there four years only making 11.67 and the other guy almost fifteen years still making under fifteen. This is some serious BS!

Honestly gas station shouldnt even be a position. They do nothing at all for 8 hours and whine that they need a break. Why do we even sell gas it doesnt count as sales for our store or profit sharing.
Maintenance staff clean human fe--s through out the club floors and walls Members be apologetic to us needing to clean after Nasty people and we don’t get a 15 dollars or more raise. That’s ok God is in the plan.
