Hello everyone, I have applied for MIT and have a question. I know that while you are training the pay is $25/hr plus mileage, but what happens to your pay after if you choose to stay in your hourly team lead role? Does it stay the same as before MIT training or do you receive a raise? Thank you.

No mileage for MIT. Base for asm is 62k for fresh, and 55k for everything else.
Base is 67k salary
Your salary returns to your rate you were earning before you went into MIT.
Also, what is the base salary for new managers?
