all of the other major insurance companies are sending fied techs to physically inspect vehicles to service their customers claims quickly. Allstate doesn't care anymore about their customers. Customer survey scores are no longer a priority, the only score Allstate cares about is production points. What a dam shame that this company is going down because of their stubbornness to admit their failures and revert back to some things that were actually working.
