Got a call this evening from a shop that has not one but two vehicles waiting on Allstate....that have been there for TWO MONTHS now! We really are a laughing stock.

Shops have actually requested owners come and pick up vehicles after so much time. I have many shops tell us we need to get back on the road (duh!) And one has even sent home office labor bills for "doing our jobs for us". This will only continue for so long before they tell us to stick it. Contrary to Glenn and Tom's thinking the shops don't give a hill of beans about "Transformative Growth". Also on a side note the shops are not happy with India getting in on the auto adjusting.
We’re dealing with 7-10 supplements on some vehicles because “we can’t see all
The damage “ in the 50 photos the shop send us so we l shops and tell the shops to send in another supplement. Meanwhile we’re paying more in rental , storage and making customers abd shops angrier because of excessive delays. We can’t finish our day until we reach our production credit goals . We are in a point system because Allstate laid off so many adjusters so we do twice the workload now. Allstate thinks they can force non Allstate shops to write estimates for Allstate and do all the leg work and not pay them !
Because Allstate believes they can force shops to use their cr---y app but shops refuse to because all of the other major insurance companies are sending fied techs to physically inspect vehicles to service their customers claims quickly. Allstate doesn't care anymore about their customers. Customer survey scores are no longer a priority, the only score Allstate cares about is production points. What a dam shame that this company is going down because of their stubbornness to admit their failures and revert back to some things that were actually working.
