The worst thing for me is that I know that all these efforts go unnoticed, because no one cares that you are a hard worker. Every day I am totally exhausted because the amount of work I need to do cannot be done by one person. If I changed things and started doing the bare minimum, would that go unnoticed as well? Certainly not.

@2gip+1baDatwf Then even if you uproot your family and move, chances are you still might get RIF’d. It’s horrible. I wouldn’t treat a dog the way the treat us.
Same here! Completely exhausted from the work load, and the stressors of either being forced to uproot the family to move to work in office or else face layoff. And for those seeing this that are not experienced with the Anthem work atmosphere, this scenario has been going on for years now.
I'm with you. I pray every day a job offer comes through so that I can leave this he-l ho-e!
