What's the point

When your employees are dinosaurs who refuse to learn new things to stay current, you fail to execute on these big mergers.

The leadership believed in, and you failed them. Down vote = you didn't do the Workforce 2020 and Agile training. UPVOTE = You did the training.

The biggest mystery is why the big institutional investors (Vanguard, Blackrock, Fidelity, etc.) do not demand a complete overhaul of the Board of D-mbells. They must be getting something for their silence - and it certainly isn't a rising stock price.

The point was that Ratty and Stinky both got millions of $ extra for brokering each deal, both on the buy high and sell low ends. They must be blackmailing the doofus BoD that approved their compensation.
