Unbelievable how many people are not showing up for work and yet we are still told no overtime, company completely going in the wrong direction, 💩💩

no overtime ? we are the only club in central ohio and we have overtime a lot on evening stock crew. our team lead thinks we are getting out on time if we stock till 11:30 and then begin to clean.. shelf is full? heck no you can get one more box on there. he does not just micro manage he micro micro manages.. he knows the best way to do everything and if you very from his method in the slightest his blood boils and his write up fingers begin to itch...i could go on and on but I am sure this type of person is working at every club....
