A vendor has said the building is now sold and everyone has to be out in September? Anyone can confirm?

1207 is being closed, resources being moved around the valley, i'm not sure on overall count for each function or site, or overall timing. Seems to be the real deal this time as there are discussions with utilities power folks on how to ensure everything north of the 1207 can continue operations. Not sure what parking will look like, either; apparently east and west parking lots go with the 1207 building.

1207 Warner Road AZ has almost been sold a half dozen times. Each time during the due diligence the buyer finds out Honeyhell didn’t tell them the full story. I know shocking right?

Dang. Why can’t HR be straight with us? I just got hired and then randomly was told I would be sitting at another facility…several hours away. Like that’s going to happen.
