Someone make sense of why we even need managers. Out head manager hides out i his office all day with a sign on the door which says Webinar In Progress, Do Not Disturb. He also hides out in receiving and he leaves for the day out the trucker's entrance so we have no idea that he has left. Another thing, managers must get a ton of vacation because it seems like they are taking time off every five or six weeks Why even have so many managers? Seems like the Team Leads are doing the lion's share of the work. Management cannot even answer important questions, what a joke and waste of money. I think we should only have one manager with an assistant.

I'm saddened to see the company I loved falling apart. I was so happy to work for a company that believed in the 3 core beliefs that are have been clearly pushed to the sidelines.
Ours is the same way. It's not going to surprise to me when they are eliminated, must be nice to draw a paycheck not doing much of anything
Very true that most managers do next to nothing while team leads are bullying the associates. They need courses on etiquette and/or customer service. I've never in my entire life been talked to by such rude and disgusting "team leads". Management knows it's going on because of all the complaints and they are obviously fine with their buddies doing and acting like such id--ts!
This is a problem in every club!! As a associate that has worked in many clubs as a manager I've seen this. Managers taking 2 hour lunches, reporting to work late and leaving early. I stepped down to avoid being used. I never snitched but I really felt like my club mgr knew what was going on when he was out of the club. There are great mgrs but it's more that do not deserve to be mgrs.
I think most management positions will go virtual in the future and they will be over several clubs in their areas! TL's run most clubs anyway! Our management gives all of their orders via phone or text anyway. 🎶Ch-ch-ch-Changes! Go and face the strange...ch-ch-changes!🎶
Getting decent hourly associates is the problem. Just look at this sight.

They don't need managers. Decent team leads can do the job. Getting a decent team lead is the problem.
