All you are providing is anecdotal evidence that means noting in the grand scheme of things. If you are better off now, good for you! But for every one of you, there are five people who are struggling, who can't find a new job due to age or no available positions or who knows why. You trying to convince people that everything is perfect once you leave is not helping anybody. It's downright irresponsible if you ask me.

What a strange post!
I left Honeywell and now make more money with a lot less stress and a lot more fun.
That doesn't mean people should quit their jobs without another one lined up or seriously consider the financial pros and cons.
But... for an intelligent, experienced person who handles their career well, the grass can indeed be greener
Spoken like a true Future Shaper.......I've come to realize the grass really is greener and wish I would have come to the decision sooner. I put up with the decline in leadership led by Maddog over the past 5 years and should have acted sooner.
I got RIF'd last year. Got 20% raise and collected severance PLUS new pay check for over 4 months. I never made so much $$$. Thank you HoneyHell!
It's not irresponsible to let others know what lies beyond the walls of what used to be a good company. It's a glimmer of hope. You make your own fortune and future. If you don't like it, don't come to this page. It's exaggeration and complete bull$h1t to make the claim about five people struggling for every one that got out. You're talking about grown-a$$ people that can leave when it suits them. They're not struggling, they're biding their time until they find the right opportunity they need.
Wow. I am not that troll who gets on here and tells everyone that their problems are all their own fault, but OP, how disempowered are you? How are your struggles our fault and why should we be silent so as not to offend people who haven't landed on their feet?
Our life-after-HON stories are real and may be inspirational to others who are no longer invited to the party. I found a great job working for a fantastic company, earning 30% more, and WFH with excellent people...at age 66.
If you're already an ex-Hon, you may need to repackage yourself, maybe get a new certification, and not look for the exact same job you had. But don't p!$$ in our punchbowl because we have positive outcomes to relate, whereas you don't...yet.
Get as much “grass” as you want to eat at the Honeywell manure pond.
Sorry didn't heed the warnings given to make your own destiny.
Of course things are better when you have chosen to be in a particular place. Even if everything else is exactly the same you are different. Your decision makes that place better.
Coming to this site means you are conflicted. Make a choice.
I'm sorry if honeywell made that choice for you. That just means you didn't read the message.
Must be a slow day for HR trolls.
