It's like a non stop game of 52 pickup. It never ends with reorgs and new bosses who want to make their mark.

hope you still get a chair when the music stops. whenever there was a reorg in my groups a surplus always followed.

Hmmm. Last year the justification for the re-org (and about 12K layoffs) was to 'reduce the number of levels' in order to make T more streamlined and efficient.
Except for the fact that they not only did not reduce the number of levels, but they actually created more congestion in their consolidation.
So, what's the alleged reason this time? Improving flexibility? Increasing agility?
Whatever. The net result will be that a bunch of poor L1 & L2s will get spitcanned.
Need to start at the top and work down.
