Ex-employe here who just found out about all of .....this ...and the site. I quit awhile back because of nepotism, favoritism, broken mgmt and NO WLB. Life is truly greener on the other side. Im not trying to sound condescending with this. I took a cut in pay and eventually ended up making more, much more. Everyone on here venting can do the same

Original poster here- everyone can do it! Believe me- I will say this too.. other companies may pay more, may offer more perks, may have better WLB .. but all have politics in their own way. I will confidently say though they are better than Allstate
Got an interview w progressive and can’t wait for the opportunity! Co-worker went there a few months ago and said it’s like pre-Shapiro Allstate but more pay!!!
Believe me we’re trying to get out of here in auto claims . Just a cluster now with way less adjusters doing the work . It’s as if we’re getting punished for Allstate’s decision to layoff so many adjusters . Workload is insane .
