Lately, I am witnessing a lot of my colleagues leaving the company on their own. From what I can remember the attrition rate has never been this high. While the answer to the question of why are people leaving is pretty obvious I am more curious about where are people going after leaving Cenovus?
What companies in the business are ex Cenovus employees applying to these days? Are these people leaving the industry or staying? How are competing companies valuing ex Cenovus employees? Some first-hand experiences would be appreciated.

I remember being so tired when I would go home now I have the energy to do things after work. I literally feel like I have my life back. Go anywhere. Any company is better than that sh-t show
Repsol, Suncor and Petronas have all been poaching our staff! Much greater upside and long term viability at these companies. CVE forcing staff to sell all RSU & PSU incentives at such a low price, without replacing them was a horrible decision! This move wiped out any long term incentive for staff and was the death blow for many!!!
