I witnessed a GM using food stamps. Have proof of said issue on video and print. Do the GM 's not make the cut off for eligibility?

None of your business! In some states, if you have kids, you received an EBT card, no matter what your title or position in life is! Run tell that!
Get a life!!! He or she could be shopping for someone who is elderly or disabled!!!
