I don't understand all the haters wanting to control other peoples lives. OP makes a good point. their job is low stress and they have the freedom to work in their own home far away from tards.. besides I'm sure you dont even work at Allstate. This is what they will use to justify laying off work from home employees . they will say they want us to be in an office where they can monitor us so we are not smoking and drinking on the job.

I actually agree with the OP.. they don't have to see people face to face, no talking to tards on the phone, no id--t managers breathing down your back, no one knows what you are doing in the privacy and comfort of your own home, watch tv, take a million breaks, catch up with friends.. and damn, if you don't mind smoking up the house he-l yea!! it does sound like a pretty kick back job haha.. and sc--w it, the company definitely doesn't care about you. I don't get drunk........ im actually trying to encourage everyone to get a chat work from home position. Maybe the post didn't come off right. I use to work on the phones and it was draining but not having to talk to customers anymore on the phone is Wonderful

If you like stagnation then it’s your job. And over $20 an hour? Must’ve been there for awhile.. underwriting and asic don’t start close to that and even after years and expected ratings on the annual reviews you don’t get close to that.

You do realize that jobs are work right? No physical labor at all and I don't have to see or talk to customers directly. To me it's an easy job. Please tell me your dream job. What other job can I smoke, drink, talk on the phone, and listen to music while making over $20 an hour? I'll wait
