30 years... not a teamlead... did it temporarily for a bit... glad it was not permanent.. whoever said 10X the headache , AMEN ! I dont get calls and emails and texts at home !!! I am starting a side hustle.. if it pans out I wont be here in about 2 years...

I am not against anyone making more money, if they are work for it. Our team leads are lazy (the front end one that is). They use the member service specialists to be their minnons . I am so sick of watching them do nothing. One just stands around and fans herself all day, one milks the OT everyday and another is just stupid.
Sam’s sucks when coming to raises. I’m a team lead it’s not worth it with the same 2% everyone else is getting. BS I’m stepping down! Good luck 👍!
Pfft. We aren't even getting a raise. We are doing the learning lab to learn the new stuff we are having piled on. But still no raise. I don't want salary. We would have to work 45 hrs and be expected to do over time with no extra pay. A raise should happen but it won't. They will keep wringing out everything they can. We already lost 80% of our team leads and had to replace them. They either left or stepped down or both to make barely a $1 less and 10x less BS. I keep my eye on the job market. But where I am, the market is terrible. So until I find something, here I am.
