I put in my two weeks notice, and the exit survey link was broken. This sums up Allstate perfectly.

The 10 min. you put into the survey is 10 min. of your life you will never get back. Allstate is a self inflicted cesspool that can be only changed from the dismissal, resignation, or the sale of top executive management. Congratulations on your new position. You are a difference maker! Enjoy your new career and remember the customer always comes first. The customer first concept is dead at Allstate under this tired worn out regime.

Another COS tactic they’ve used for years. Congratulations on your new life away from all this toxicity. Everyone I talk to, especially millennials at Allstate are right behind you! Too bad for Allstate it’s just the old more expensive ones that are staying until the end. Hahahahaha
