In my case, it is. Never before could I have thought that a company could function with such bad management, until I came here. I hope to leave as soon as possible. I wouldn't even call this management, this is more like an attempt at management.
Run from this company! Go on Twitter and search Frito Lay. Those workers like us have had it after years of long hours and a bad work environment and are now on strike . October 15 is a National Strike Day for workers to protest against corporations about work conditions and long hours .

I am with the others that feel this is all by design, corporate greed and dishonesty all for the sake of the bottom line. A sad state of affairs to mistreat customers and employees. If this grand scheme they have implemented works great big bonuses are on the horizon, the rest of us will be pounding the pavement looking for work. The rich and wealthy care not for the peons, I also beleive in Karma " the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences"

State Farm is no better
They have caused a lot of pain and disgust. No one wants to stay here that’s in the rank and file. If you are in “management” you do nothing but analyze others. They are not real leaders. They don’t inspire anyone; except to leave. I am actively looking to exit this dumpster fire ASAP. 3 years here is long enough. Waste.
