It's about that time for a department to get screwed. 2022 someone will loose their job and home because of "changes"

I would not suggest calling ethics.
It will NOT be anonymous and management and team leads WILL retaliate!
Your managers might learn hiring these young people doesn't pay off. My manager hires people with families, middle and older adults, she says they are more dependable and will be team players. She has been right so far, the only ones we are loosing are younger.
You can go to Walmartethics.com and file a complaint anonymously. No excuses.
All our manager does is hire very young people and older employees are being fired or run off. At some point they will have to realize what she does to the older employees. She called it "helping them along." And no, I won't call ethics or get myself involved otherwise. I have a family who depends on me.
I don't know about other clubs but they are working on getting rid of older long term associates in six six 5 seven. Going around picking on every little thing. Doesn't matter if two people on vacation and call offs.
Since we are at least 2 months out from Shareholders doubt we will be seeing any changes.
We have the people and the assets to succeed in the next generation of retail and we are building for that future.
Oh here we go with threats of “changes.” Give it a rest. Things change daily. Roll with the punches or roll on.
