Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Company from a perspective of a new hire

Mondelez is the worst company in terms of integrating new employees into the company. I have previously worked in companies where the process is much better and simpler. I still just can not get used to Mondelez and I'm not sure whether the company wants the new employees to successfully integrate or to run away from here as soon as possible?

Honestly at this point, it feels like they are trying to make people quit

My district seems to forget they hired someone new and doesnt really schedule them at all for weeks.

to show you just how out of control it is...when i was hired roughly 15 yrs ago i filled out paperwork in the back room of a store that a sales rep brought to me, and i started me that same weekend

I can't stop laughing!

I had a person that came out and did a "work with," where they come out on their own dime, own time, and spend awhile with us to see what we do, and if they "think" they want to work here.

The person called me later, after trying to get through the onboarding process, and asked me if this was a legitimate job, or a scam because our processes are so rediculous, time consuming, there's no one to talk to, etc.

😂😂😂😂
