Look up “Dress Code Refresh” on the wire. The dress code they are trying to push is old and out of date. This one wants us to be our own more authentic selves.
It’s not a big problem for me. I have enough Sam’s Club logo shirts to get me through 3 weeks. My club even does ordering for associates at least twice a year for shirts and sweatshirts. They are reasonably priced. So with the ordering and the ones given to us I’m fine as well as many of my associates
Quit bi-----g and go buy a t shirt you bum. It’s about time they have a more stringent dress code, some of you people are disgusting. While your at it but a pair of shoes that aren’t taped together 😅 Didn’t you just get a $4 a hour raise. Stop buying cigarettes with that money and add to your wardrobe.
We people who are dirty also. They have such bad body odor, it sickening. The company should provide t-shirts for associates to wear.
How about just the people's appearance like greasy hair that hasn't been washed in a week or two, or combed! If they were working in fresh looking like a homeless person I wouldn't buy a thing in that dept. but i agree on the shirts ,some are pretty bad with either wording or holes wrinkles like they slept in them smell also.
Well there you have it. If anyone thinks our management will tell us, well dream on. There is zero communication in our club. It is a fly by the seat of your pants operation or better yet, a need to know operation. Ridiculous. I just gave a new associate a mini training on how to log onto the computer and look at her attendance, PTO, etc. She is still on probation so she has no PTO yet. I have no idea when new people start to accrue. If anyone knows, please share. She did not know about the point system. Worthless management team in our club. They are overpaid bookends...

The “New” dress code isn’t a change. It’s the same dress code that’s been around for the 20+ years I’ve been with the company, just updated. The company has decided to send a message to all Management that it must be followed.
I looked on one Walmart and didn’t see the dress code change. We were just told about it in a meeting

I love it. No more blm or garbage like that. I wear my sams/Walmart shirt that has the American flag on it already so I'm good to go.
