Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

A talent nursery?

One should look at things from the positive side: if ATT hadn’t gotten rid off good employees (and continues to do so), they would never have realized how much they are actually worth.
Everyone I know who has left here has done great things in much better companies in a very short period of time. I would be ashamed to be in the leadership which has surrendered all these great employees to other companies.

We lost a few really good sales reps when we were " selling " digital life. Some reps just could not make the cut and sell a home security system to a customer coming in to get a cell phone. I try to forget those days.

Typical AT&T slimeyness.
