Where is this company going anyway? How does the leadership see this company in a few years? Unfortunately, it seems to me that they have no clear direction at all. To expect anything good when leadership has no vision is too naive. People are leaving and they don't care at all. The company is sinking and they don’t care at all. Employees are increasingly seeing that it’s not worth working hard at all. Doomed - that's how Mondelez looks to me.

If after all these red flags, the route realignments, D stores gone from sales reps, merchandisers writing orders, etc, etc, etc, people still doubt major changes will keep coming periodically, then I guess you'll be "surprised" when more big changes happen.

sometimes i think that anonymous just means one or two people write everything from different points of view. the one you refer to as the cheerleader....seems to me if that person meant what they say they would sign their name and receive all the glory that comes with towing the company line.

Cant put together who AH is. Truly sad how many of us just want things to be over. The company has the future planned out. We just havent been informed yet. Of course that's assuming that we aren't buying the Committed to DSD line. Company is getting what they want.Giving us huge objectives. We fall short, they get increased sales but not enough where they have to pay out bonus.

They only care about the bottom line. Remember we are only a number to the company. Leadership does not care. They say all the politically correct things to make them look good for social media. My team has 2 full time merchandisers. The other 9 have quit due to the amount of work the company requires and now objectives are so high we will never see a bonus. AH did this at his previous company and he is doing it to Mondelez. My DM does not have a clue as he is a a$$ kisser to all the managers and my RMS just packs out all day. We have a sales rep text message group and everyone is bitter and feels they are over worked. If we do not make bonus we are truly underpaid to others.

the product sells itself....al we are is labor and a mouthpiece to spout the company bs. after we are gone the chains will be still buying the product directly and at a lesser price because mondelez wont be leasing cars and paying out salaries
