I wonder if the board and the exec's will get a pay cut since they will managing a smaller company? Why not split out the cell part also - be just like TM?

$T has been selling off the landline footprint piecemeal for decades now.
Bad things like workers and investors getting paid. Bad things like billions in earnings.
Getting more difficult to wring a decent profit out of existing offerings. I see bad things in T's future.
Sounds like you should be running your own company.
