This company deserves employees who are as good as those at the top managing them, in other words, they do not deserve anyone worthwhile. I’ve never lost more colleagues than lately, people are leaving in droves. What's CVE thinking? That everyone is replaceable and that everyone else just can’t wait to get into this company? C'mon...

So many field operators have went out on stress leave in the last 6 months!! I think they should recognize this in the Deep Basin.. What do they expect to accomplish pushing everyone to their limits!!
It is so sad. I don't want to leave my job but it come down to my mental heath or my job. I love my coworkers in operations but i just cant take it anymore.
