This company needs to do a self assessment and figure out why everyone keeps quiting, and they can't find any new employees to replace them because NO ONE wants to work here.
Absolutely correct! Do you think they ever do a self assessment or still think that their management and bad moves are not the culprits why no one wants to work here anymore?

seems like ruining the dsd work force could be a way to force wal mart to take it on themselves....and if that happens the major chains are bound to fall in line quickly. sort of like the whole kelloggs/keebler thing all over again ....cant help but think this is planned out. they couldnt tell us the truth until it was pretty much settled or chances are there would be a mass exodus!

It's obvious they want to drive out the long term workers, which is a very bad move.
Then they keep going, and try to drive ALL the workers out because they don't know when to stop.
Not sure who Mondelez thinks will be throwing the freight soon?
Either Mondelez is going warehouse and they don't care, or all the people making the decisions at the lower level are mo--ns!
