Another name for agile here is failure, just my two cents. I certainly hope to get out of here sooner than they realize the shortcomings of agile.

Agile is deceiving. Layers and roles will always exist. They give fake roles and easy work and make a bunch more “leads” and create unnecessary solos and cross function disasters. Pathetic cross industry
All insurance is implementing the same trashy systems and cloud AI cr----a and surveillance. All integrating the same rules and pricing is exploiting the poor Don’t trust their quotes. It’s a giant industry consumer and data grab.
Third parties took over. Disgusting.
Agile is a joke. They want to be able to do more with less bureaucracy, but Allstate is nothing but a giant bureaucracy.
I think everyone just wants to do their job without getting bogged down in processes and constantly fighting the technology and tools we use. If that's agile than I'm all for it, but the company at large is going to have to make huge systemic changes before we can get there.
Agile > other processes, plus it's the way all companies are going... So even if you leave you'll be stuck with it
