When will JTS step up and own his M&A failures for the past 5 years. There must be some level of accountability no matter what level, when you waste $160B. You want your employees to trust you with this new strategy, own your mistake and admit you fu---d up. You also need to step down once you have undone all your poor business decisions.

Hey, Randy and John did not make a mistake. It was the failure in execution by occupational employees and 1st level managers to successfully complete their tasks that led to failure.
