Yes, I realize she believes in unicorns, but does she have what it takes to replace Stankey? I don't like poppinfresh, Chow may be the best option.

AT&T is hopeless unless they start chopping the tree down from the top instead of the bottom. If your company is failing, then you as the leader are at fault for your misguided directions and decisions.
We have people in the US surviving on minimum wage. There's no legitimate excuse for why Stankey and co. need such inflated salaries. Your own damn fault for creating expenses you can't afford without a million dollars.

Both McElfresh and Chow have similar backgrounds: both with engineering undergraduate degrees and MBAs from top tier business schools. McElfresh and Chow are both legacy T (former AT&T Corp), whereas Stankey and Stephenson are both legacy S (former SBC descendants of Whitacre). So, with Chow's 30 years of executive experience, I wouldn't say she lacks the experience to be CEO. And like most other Fortune 50 CEOs, she came from the business side.
If the company can survive by social media awards, Chow will be the obvious choice. Unfortunately, the real world has real consequences.
McFresh is just another version of Stankey/Stephenson. Apples don't fall too far form the tree.
