Everyone is posting nonsense that most people couldn’t care less about, cr-p that can de discussed at the water cooler. Doesn’t anyone know of layoffs coming or offers coming in the near future? THAT’s the only reason I periodically check this website! Please, make something up if you have to...just saying!

Occupational quarterly announcement window is mid-June for core workers. Doesn't necessarily mean layoffs but probably, there will be some. They've been quite tame in recent quarters.
SVP says the org is hiring, but offers no specifics on positions, taking this with the a grain of salt. Retirements are coming in, probably more the 2nd half of year, the work likely will be divided with remaining staff, not going to career path for internal or new hires.
Now, this is what I want to hear from this site! Thank you for providing encouraging news here rather than the useless other postings. No layoffs this year is great!
Leadership has made it clear, no layoffs this year. They are driving enough people out with benefit reductions.
Maybe you could build model airplanes for your hobby.

To @1png+1b8gBE4A, EFF-OFF and quit taking all these postings seriously! It’s just disgruntled ex or current employees venting on an anonymous forum! They’re voicing their wish-lists or why they are unhappy or dissatisfied with T. Some is factual on positions T has taken, but it’s been only a very small percentage of truth. Otherwise, mostly nonsense not even worth reading, so get over yourself cuz it’s tongue n cheek for the most part, nimrod!
You don't need any made up layoff rumors to hate the company.
This is your personal problem and you’re the solution. The site isn’t some clickbait where the headline misleads you, just don’t click on the links you aren’t interested in.

Or maybe most people who post here are still working from home and don’t have the water cooler talk anymore. Some vent to coworkers they trust, some people post anonymously on this type of message board. You sound like the latter, try and do a better job at it.
