Nobody is jealous . The topic was Favortism in my specific dept. They offered full time to 1 person ( did paperwork and the whole 9) then he brings in this young lady and they reversed the dude full time and gave it to her. brand new ppl get treated better than ppl who been thru the grinder
In this case team lead who is heads over heels over a very very young girl got more hrs and doesnt do her job properly . Team lead comes in early and tries to do her 8 hr shift in 10 min before the rest of us come in . We have to stop our work to help get dept ready for opening. Has nothing to do with jealousy or the fact she is a female. I wasn't raised like that . So to those who have me negative fed back eat a di-k

If the situation doesn't involve you directly, why do you care? After reading this, I think you are dating the "next guy." Is that it? You wanted the "next guy" to get the job? And when he didn't, you got upset?
Seriously, mind your own business. This situation will resolve itself.
The point is he hovers around her constantly, while working no matter where she is, he is there , he spends more time " training her " than I seen him with anybody ( 2 months so far) he text her from home giving her instructions. He shows up earlier than anyone to finish up what she didnt do the night before. His boss , a woman has also covered this bullsht up.

Favoritism runs rampant in our club. The people who work the hardest, don't call out are not offered other opportunities. People who prove themselves as being dedicated hard working people, they kicked to the curb when it come to trying to move to another area.
She also got more hrs in her 1st 2 weeks than the whole dept
