Sometimes I think that something like this doesn't even happen to companies in third world countries. Is it possible that here every day I witness a growing nepotism, which is no longer even disguised.
Have you ever worked for a company that had more nepotism than is the case here? It's humiliating to other workers, demoralizing and awful.
