So many people are leaving due to being overworked and burned out and nobody seems to care. Our turnover rate is getting higher and higher and I don't see any measures being taken to slow it down. If we had appropriate replacements I wouldn't mind, but we don't. I don't remember the last time somebody who knew what they are doing joined. This needs to stop.

they don't care about customer satisfaction either. the customers should be grateful that att lets them be their customers.
stank could care less that is probably what he wants. he doesn't want anybody building up benefits.
been to two places since I left att and both were a 180 from att. I would go back and work at those two places but I would not be caught dead getting a paycheck from att ever again.
If the staff shortage becomes bad enough that it impacts the bottom line, then they might hire, outsource or contract. Att is very transparent about the fact that no one should expect a life long career here. If co-workers leave, then your employment is more secure at this time. They want people to leave on their own, it saves them the severance pay. Why would they want to slow it down?
The goals of the CEO is to pi$$ off as many employees as possible and have as many leave as possible without any cost to the corporation.
Any employees that leave and do need to be replaced are being hidden overseas.
Stinky does not care about anything except his own enrichment.
