Happened exactly as original poster stated.
Permanently closing.
Jamie Dimon has ordered the JP Morgan Chase army back to the bases as of July 1, to put their bank back on the track for the future, the USB leadership in Minneapolis is, in my opinion, still hunkered down, trying to figure out a response to Covid 19, as everybody working remote is not a response, it is simply kicking the conversation and the decision further down the road and nobody really knows why
