I thought S Goodwine, head of Talent Management, is leaving at the end of the month. Shock to see both her and DG leave. Wondering how much is going to India.
@1aes. I think it is the PERFECT analogy. The keaders who have failed to steer or right the ship leave it as it sinks and the passengers are left to fend for themselves which the leader sits on the pier refusing to answer questions or help.

uhh, you do realize Captain Schettino was goofing off and not doing his job and ran his ship into the ground, right? Basically, he was the cause, or at least a large part of. probably not the best analogy to have chosen.
Agree with the OP. Instability and upheaval at the top is a classic signal that should put everyone on high alert.
Most of the replies on this thread show how many smart mouths we have on this board who don’t know a thing about WFC. If you don’t know what the OP is talking about, or have NOTHING of value to contribute, just be quiet. The world will go on without hearing from you for a day. Or you could try a new phenomenon, called Google, to educate yourselves about the company you supposedly work for.
