Why are we asked if we’ve been vaccinated for Covid–19? Where is the non of your business button? This is a violation of HIPA!!!

The quarantine protocol is different for people that have been vaccinated thats the only reason it’s up there🙄
How about we all stop wearing the diapers on our faces and see what they do. Its not mandatory here.
Here’s an idea, don’t do the health screening. Then when you get flagged for not doing it and you’re manager comes to you, you tell them you won’t do the screening until they take that unethical, immoral and borderline illegal question off the screening questions. This is not right.

Ok so why isn’t there a bottom for I don’t care to share my personal medical information with total stranger somewhere in a corporate office??? No just answer no. Your saying “no” to not haveing been vaccinated. This is still America the question is still a violation of our rights no matter how you abbreviate it!!!

As to the person who said fire those who are not vaccinated, that is illegal in this country. On that basis, 90% of all people legal or illegally trying to enter this country would not be permitted to gain entry.
The majority of customers at our club are what the problem is. Not the associates. Depends on where you live. Here, they are ignorant. Don't want to wear a mask, won't social distance, sit on everything. Wanna eat while they hang out standing next to you and the sign that says no lingering or eating etc. Smh.
We are in the middle of a pandemic. Some things have changed. Look it up.
Not only can they ASK if you've been vaccinated, and take your temperature as you walk in the door, in a lot of cases, they can even require you to be vaccinated as a condition of further employment.

First off, it’s HIPPA. Second, if you would read, it states if you can say no if you don’t want them to know.
Never noticed it. I just click yes to all. I fill sick about every morning because I’m not a morning person lol. They would send me home every day.
