The layoffs that were scheduled for 2020 but got put on hold because of Covid will get caught up. Then the layoffs scheduled for 2021 will kick in.

Exactly the same as 2020 as far as WF is concerned but with fewer musical chairs when the music stops, more attrition, ambiguous career paths. But that should be no surprise...
