Anyone have the details on how the new ATTENDANCE POLICY / incentive bonus are now tied together?

The "bonus" they give isn't enough to even worry about!
Don’t we just have to average 30 hours a week for the last 12 weeks to get the full time payout? That average would include using our ppto if necessary.
Its only reduced if you take a leave right now. I wish the docked people for calling off.
They always have been. A percentage of your bonus is deducted if you call out a lot.
