I keep waiting for another poem.
A dozen people in PA? Are you serious. Go look at BD on Teamworks...PA is huge (and hugely overstaffed). It stinks to see really talented people displaced and some really cr—y ones staying. No rhyme or reason, clearly, in the strategy.
It all just adds to the toxic environment. Nobody knows what is going on and nobody is hearing anything from our leaders. It is a dumpster fire.
How many people are in Public Affairs? Like a dozen? No mass layoffs there...
OMG this sounds horrible. It’s like some monster which been suppressed by COVID and is now bursting out with a machine g-n instead of a mask. Horrible, just horrible...

Well that’s good. That’s how it should be. Rip off the band-aid and let those who are left get on with doing their jobs without worrying about when the next round will be.

At the end of May the new corp comm structure will be released, and with that there will be a large number of people left without a job. From what I'm told it will all happen on the same day. Crazy.

What do you mean next round?? Not 1 of BR’s direct reports were let go in fact not even one of their directs were cut. All 2 below BR are still their. So first cuts were nothing. Look at tech or CIB actual leaders and whole teams cut. Marketing and public affairs need to be gutted!
