Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Managing multiple bosses

I know, it’s not something that can be changed unless I find a job in a small grocery store, but lately I’ve been really exhausted having to think about how my work performance will be viewed by the many supervisors I have. There are a lot of them and that creates a lot of tension for me mentally. Is someone getting anxious about the same thing?

I have 9 bosses in the same building. It helps that they all know that I know more about my job than they do. So it always comes down to trust. Always.
