Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

30 + year Sam's Club Associate in CPU

We have a 30 year associate working CPU who never dispenses orders. He purposely mess up when he is forced to do so. So our supervisor way of handling this issue is to not have him dispense. This is so irritating and unfair. I get it he has been in CPU longer than anyone else but where is the fairness in this? He will not check to see if the person dispensing need a break or lunch and no one address it at all! We need better leads in key positions. I swear I've never witnessed anything like this in all the years I've been with this company.

Fulfillment team lead here. I make a dispense schedule for the month and schedule someone to dispense everyday so there is no fight back. Choose not to dispense I’ll just coach you for being insubordinate.

We have an 80 year old who barely does anything in CPU, had to give her the job though. Ageism

Not an ethics issue. 30 year associate has forgotten about more than you'll ever learn. Plus his grammar is probably better.

Yeah, I would call ethics. Might not help a thing, but it would make me feel better.
