Morris Plains is a dead hub. There are no new jobs based out of MP, no promotions, and they are closing the building. Yeah they have a 10 year lease, but that can and will be breached. Leave while you can on your own terms. Good luck to all who believe this is not happening.

Is Fluorine Products and all it employees in MP moving to TX this summer?
Family member , engineer in Aero left, on his own as well. No salary increase this year, discouraging work environment, and horrible management. Sad to see that in a company like Honeywell. Good luck to you.
Advanced Materials team is also located in MP. Lately, a lot is invested in expanding into life science adjacencies and need more people for the projects (whole WFH year was spend on those projects by technical and business folks). I don’t think that they will close MP facility in few years. My take based on my experience. However, I will be leaving for a better opportunity very soon!
