I could not make it 10 minutes into King Kong vs. Godzilla. I am not sure which is worse, Kong or Wonder Woman 1984?

I really enjoy the posts from people that watch a movie like this and don't understand what they're getting into; they are somehow surprised by it. I'm glad it's a success, but I couldn't sit through something like that if I was getting paid for it. If I had to make a choice, I'd take the late 50's and 60's low fi creature feature movies over the modern ones. At least there's some camp value there. The over the top effects and CGI and stuff just doesn't do it for me.

This poster is an idiot. G v. K is the most successful movie in the industry in over a year and got generally good reviews. It’s not my jam either, but damn glad we had it in the pipeline.
Lol King Kong vs Godzilla was a Godsend for our at&t leadership who overpaid for it. Hopefully the Dune reboot, Matrix 4 and new GoT series all don’t suck and HBO max might just turn out to be a good idea.
This is no defense of Stink, but Godzilla v Kong was what folks in the industry call a massive hit.
