Well since most of El Segundo was Directv. Now, I would expect that to be spun to the new company.
ATT like many other corporations have been off loading real estate for years. It should not be a surprise, then, that El Segundo has been on the chopping block for years. Reducing real estate, along with headcount...part of the strategy to reduce costs. You can anticipate this will be coming to a town/city near you...soon. That’s just the way it is.
