Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

First Net to fall next?

I’ve been hearing about service interruptions and billing errors (shocking) with First Net, and many customers switching to Verizon’s offering. Another failed AT&T product?

The post should say FIrstNet for AT&T survival, it’s the only reason company is bringing money and spectrum .
Completely dominating the Public Safety space compared to sh–ty Verizon or T-Mobile .

Finding a billing issue for 1 in 1000000 subs won’t rank the service

First net is real but it’s a scam

Fn user under state fans always had ug and act fees waived , under fn they get billed

They charge $25 a month for watch service that isn’t on band 14 , reg customer pay $10

Tablets are marked up as well .

Just like all services they fudge the numbers to hit targets

Gotta love CSO and their unfunded mandates.

"Obey us as your own expense!"

Even though they outsourced a lot of billing to Accenture India, who is doing a poor job, they were not supposed to outsource any government related billing like FirstNet to overseas vendors. Rumor has it they ignored the CSO policies
