I think it was a slap in the face for X. Williams to not be promoted to the role a. chow is in. He was the face of business for years and now she's struggling...o.k. should have been a no brainer. But there are no brains sitting at the top

Seriously?....After 30 years at ATT, yet still in his early 50’s, I’d put my money on Xavier Williams own choice to walk away while he’s still quite young to try something new and fresh. Who says everybody should stay at any one business for their entire career?
Anne Chow will do just fine. The change in leadership shouldn’t be viewed as a slight, because it wasn’t.
