It is true that the average tenure has decreased significantly and that it now lasts only as long as it is enough for a person to learn a few things and go looking for something better for themselves (on average 5 years). Some people see a big problem in this and it is obvious because people work continuously in uncertainty, loyalty does not exist etc.
However, there are also those who see some advantages in this, and that is that young people have more opportunities than before (when it was possible to build an entire career here) to come and gain some experience here.
Any thoughts?

Even ra–y is rebadged as a contractor consultant.
If you retire, do you think they will bring you back with a creampuff consulting contact paying millions? Well, that's what happens for the "top type". As in ra–y, Stank, and the Johns.
Randy Stank and the John's?!? Most of those have been gone for a year by now! Even Randy is rebadged as a contractor consultant.
Hopefully we got rid of some of those old, useless guys just hanging around to milk their pensions.
