How come the GMs received 120k hazard pay, plus their bonus on top of it, when we were there being exposed to 5k people a day while they sat in their office? Explain please!!!

Club managers and market managers can bonus up to 100% of their salary
Using my voices is the most unfair thing there is. Most of the thing people complain about is things beyond our control.. People get mad at us because we don't have items they want. Sometimes they are mad because we quit carrying this they have always bought. So that MX voices needs to stop because it's so unfair to everyone of us because most of the complaints are because of home office they need to use it toward their bonuses
You want bonus money, go get it. You want to sit in an office every day, go for it.
What? No fire? At least they took the time to fill out an application and take a test. Guess you didn't.
And just so you know, before covid came along, we had colds, strep, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, and every other nasty out there. A couple of which can and do k–l people every year.
I'm eighteen, and just started in the café, because it was the quickest way to get my foot in the door. Best believe I don't plan on staying here.
What I don't get is why you stay where you are. You obviously want what they have. Why don't you do something about it?
My Club Manager is NEVER in the office and he works hours on end, comes in on his days off and if they get huge bonuses the good ones deserve it because if you do the math and the hours they work, you would see that per hour they probably make less than hourlies.
Maybe the market manager gets a bonus like that but not a club manager

And nothing is used to take away from their bonus. But for us HO uses MX Voices.
